IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT ACCORDING TO REQUIRED PROCEDURES. The Subrecipient shall implement this Agreement in accordance with applicable Federal, State, County, and local laws, ordinances and codes. The Federal, State, and County laws, ordinances and codes are minimal regulations which may be supplemented by more restrictive guidelines set forth by DHED. The Subrecipient shall prepare a cost allocation plan for all Project funding and submit such plan to the DHED Director or designee. Should a Project receive additional funding after the commencement of this Agreement, the Subrecipient shall notify DHED in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving notification from the funding source and submit a revised cost allocation plan to the DHED Director or designee within forty-five (45) days of said notification.
