Implementation – Participants and Users. All Users shall execute any necessary agreements and take such reasonable actions as may be requested by the IMC in order to implement operating policies and procedures or Reliability Standards and any sanctions for non-compliance approved by the IMC. Each Participant or User shall require or be responsible for all non-residential customers or generation projects on the Participant’s or User’s system to comply with all applicable operating policies and procedures or Reliability Standards approved by the IMC as a condition of connection to the Participant’s or User’s system. The IMC, excluding AEA, shall assist in the enforcement of this provision.
