Import Documentation. Distributor shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits and for satisfying all formalities as may be reqiured to import Products into the Territory, in accordance with then prevailing law and regulations. In case that Distributor shall notify Supplier that engineering changes and modifications are required in order to obtain local permits, Supplier shall make a best effort to perform such changes — subject to prior agreement on the applicable price and other terms.
