Import/Export Assistance. Conexant shall provide Specialty with services needed for compliance with laws governing export or reexport of certain products manufactured in the United States, including but not limited to compliance with requirements for product classification; clearing shipments; government agency interfacing; training in customer logistics, traffic and purchasing departments; answering questions; and completing necessary paperwork.
Import/Export Assistance. The Host Station Contractor shall (1) provide requisite assistance to Intelsat in obtaining, as required, import certificates, licenses, or other documentation to import and export IFEs including spares or replacement parts.
