Import/Export Issues. RTU shall be responsible for (i) obtaining all governmental permits, consents and approvals which are required in order to export Drug Product from the country of origin, and (ii) making any required notifications or other filings (whether before or after shipment) which are required in connection with the exportation of Drug Product from the country of origin.
