Importance of Clients. The Employee hereby acknowledges and agrees that any statements or actions taken by the Employee in violation of his obligations under this Agreement to induce any Client to terminate or not renew any business arrangement with the Company (unless the Company determines that such termination or non-renewal is in the best interest of the Company) or to enter into any business arrangement within the Company's line of business with any Person other than the Company could cause irreparable harm to the Company.
