Common use of Importance of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Importance of Confidential Information. The parties hereby agree that Employee has been provided with Confidential Information during the period of Employee’s employment. By signing this Agreement, Employee acknowledges delivery to and receipt by Employee of Confidential Information. Employee further acknowledges that the preservation and protection of the Confidential Information was an essential part of Employee’s employment with the Company and that Employee has had a duty of fidelity and trust to the Company Entities in handling the Confidential Information.

Importance of Confidential Information. The parties hereby agree that Employee has been provided with Confidential Information during the period of Employee’s employmentemployment and will continue to be provided Confidential Information during the Consulting Period. By signing this Agreement, Employee acknowledges delivery to and receipt by Employee of Confidential Information.
