Employee acknowledges that the disclosure of any Confidential Information may cause substantial injury and loss to the Company. Employee acknowledges that the Company retains a proprietary interest in its Confidential Information that persists beyond the termination of Employee's employment by the Company. Employee further acknowledges that the preservation and protection of the Confidential Information is an essential part of Employee's employment by and business relationship with the Company and that Employee has a duty of fidelity and trust to the Company in handling the Confidential Information.
