Common use of Important Notifications Clause in Contracts

Important Notifications. The Service Provider must bring to the attention of the Client any and all issues with respect to the Services immediately upon same coming to its attention and/or knowledge. The Service Provider must, in Writing,: - raise and address with the Client all and/or any queries forthwith upon such query arising; and/or - notify the Client if and when the Service Provider experiences any problems with the Client’s server and/or software immediately upon such problem being experienced; and/or - notify the Client if and when the Service Provider knows or has a suspicion that it will be unable to realistically achieve any deadline or timetable set for any deliverable.
