Importation of Project Hardware. Contractor, at its own cost and expense, shall make all arrangements, including the processing of all documentation, necessary to import the Project Hardware to be incorporated into the Project. In no event shall Owner be responsible for any delays in custom clearance or any resulting delays in performance of the Work; provided, that the Contractor may be relieved there from pursuant to a claim of a Force Majeure Event, to the extent applicable.
