Impositions and Other Claims. Subject to Section 2.11(e)(i)(x) hereof, Borrowers shall pay and discharge or cause to be paid and discharged all Impositions, as well as all lawful claims for labor, materials and supplies or otherwise, which could become a Lien, all as more fully provided in, and subject to any rights to contest contained in, the Mortgages.
