Common use of Impossibility of Diversion Clause in Contracts

Impossibility of Diversion. It shall be impossible at any time for any part of the Trust Fund to be used for, or diverted to, purposes other than to provide the benefits contemplated under the Plan for the exclusive benefit of Participants and their Dependents, except that any taxes and administration expenses for which the Trust is liable may be made from the Trust Fund as provided for in this Trust.
