Common use of IMPOSSIBLE OPTIONAL SERVICES Clause in Contracts

IMPOSSIBLE OPTIONAL SERVICES. If either Party reasonably determines that the discontinuance of any Optional Service would make it functionally impossible to continue any other Optional Service, in whole or in part, that Party shall promptly Notify the other of that determination. Any Optional Service that so becomes functionally impossible to render shall be deemed discontinued effective upon the date of discontinuance of the Optional Service or Optional Services that caused that impossibility.
