IMPRESS Clause Samples

The IMPRESS clause typically outlines the standards or requirements for the quality, appearance, or performance of goods or services provided under a contract. In practice, this clause may specify that products must meet certain specifications, pass inspections, or achieve a particular level of customer satisfaction before acceptance. Its core function is to ensure that the deliverables meet the agreed-upon expectations, thereby protecting the interests of the receiving party and reducing the risk of disputes over quality.
