Common use of Improper Amendment or Modification Clause in Contracts

Improper Amendment or Modification. None of this Agreement, the RSA or any other Definitive Document shall have been amended, restated, modified, changed, supplemented or altered without obtaining the requisite approvals of the Commitment Parties pursuant to this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to Section 10.7 of this Agreement) and the Consenting Stakeholders pursuant to the RSA (including, for the avoidance of doubt, pursuant to Section 13 of the RSA) in writing.
