Improvements; Confidential Information. Annex I hereto, as from time-to-time amended, is a form of Employee Secrecy Agreement between the Executive and the Company, concerning the treatment of Improvements and Confidential Proprietary Information (as defined herein) and related matters. The Executive agrees to comply with all terms of said Employee Secrecy Agreement.
