Imputed Knowledge. Anywhere in this Agreement where it refers to the "knowledge of" the Company, or words of similar import, the knowledge of of the Shareholder shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Company. Anywhere in this Agreement where it refers to the "knowledge of" the Buyer or the Parent, or words of similar import, the knowledge of Leonxxx X. Xxxxxxx xxxll be imputed to be the knowledge of the Buyer and the Parent, respectively.
Imputed Knowledge. References in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Company, or words of similar import, shall include the knowledge of any and all of the Shareholders which knowledge shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Company. References in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Buyer, or words of similar import, shall include the knowledge of Leonxxx X. Xxxxxxx xxxch knowledge shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Buyer.
Imputed Knowledge. Developer shall be responsible for all amendments or updates to standards and knowledge of all amendments or updates to standards, whether local, state, or federal, and such knowledge will be imputed to Developer to the extent allowed by law.
Imputed Knowledge. Subdivider shall be responsible for all amendments or updates to Design and Construction Standards and knowledge of all amendments or updates to Design and Construction Standards, whether local, state, or federal, and such knowledge will be imputed to Subdivider to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Any reference in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Buyer or the Parent, or words of similar import, the knowledge of its officers and directors (including, without limitation, Buyer's President and Parents Co-Chairman, Leonxxx X. Xxxxxxx) xxall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Buyer.

References in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Primary Shareholders, or words of similar import, shall include the knowledge of any and all of the Primary Shareholders and the officers of the Company which knowledge shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Primary Shareholders. References in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" Sage, or words of similar import, shall include the knowledge of Leonxxx X. Xxxxxxx xx Bradxxx X. Xxxx xxxch knowledge shall be imputed to be the knowledge of Sage.
Imputed Knowledge. Any reference in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Company, or words of similar import, the knowledge of any and all of the officers or directors of the Company (including, without limitation, its President, Gregxxx Xxxxx; xxs executive Vice President, Davix Xxxxxx; xxd Webmaster, Gordxx Xxxxxxxxxx) xxall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Company. Any reference in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Buyer, or words of similar import, the knowledge of its officers and directors (including, without limitation, Buyer's President, Timoxxx X. Xxxxx) xxall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Buyer.
Imputed Knowledge. Anywhere in this Agreement where it refers to the "knowledge of" the Company, or words of similar import, the knowledge of Dabbx xxxll be imputed to be the knowledge of the Company. Anywhere in this Agreement where it refers to the "knowledge of" the Optimum, or words of similar import, the knowledge of John Xxx-Xxxxxxx, Xxtimum's sole shareholder, officer and director, shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Optimum. Anywhere in this Agreement where it refers to the "knowledge of" the Buyer or the Parent, or words of similar import, the knowledge of Leonxxx X. Xxxxxxx xxxll be imputed to be the knowledge of the Buyer and the Parent, respectively. This signature page is attached to and made a part of that certain Asset Purchase Agreement made as of April 1, 1998 between the parties signing below.
Imputed Knowledge. Developer certifies that it was and remains responsible for all amendments or updates to Design and Construction Standards and knowledge of all amendments or updates to Design and Construction Standards, whether local, state, or federal, and such knowledge was or will be imputed to Developer to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Xxxxxx agrees that a Xxxxx’s Agent’s knowledge and his/her Supervisory Xxxxxx’s knowledge of information relating to the Buyer, The Property, or the transaction by Broker or Broker’s licensees shall will not be imputed to any other licensee affiliated with Broker. Xxxxxx further agrees that information relating to the Buyer, The Property or the transaction known by other licensees will not be imputed to the Designated Agent.
