Common use of IMPUTED KNOWLEDGE Clause in Contracts

IMPUTED KNOWLEDGE. References in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Company, or words of similar import, shall include the knowledge of any and all of the Shareholders which knowledge shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Company. References in this Agreement to the "knowledge of" the Buyer, or words of similar import, shall include the knowledge of Leonxxx X. Xxxxxxx xxxch knowledge shall be imputed to be the knowledge of the Buyer.
