In Addition to Other Rights; No Marshalling. This Agreement is in addition to and is not in any way prejudiced by or merged with any other security interest or Lien now or subsequently held by the Collateral Agent in respect of any Secured Obligations. The Secured Creditors shall be under no obligation to marshal in favour of the Pledgors any other security interest or Lien or any money or other property that the Secured Creditors may be entitled to receive or may have a claim upon.
