In case of a. failure to agree in this manner, the Business Manager and/or Assistant Business Manager of the Union who may be accompanied by a committee of employees of the Cooperative shall endeavor to adjust disagreements with the General Manager of the Cooperative. In case of failure to then reach an agreement, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration in the manner provided in Section 3.05.
