Common use of In case of acceptance of delayed Clause in Contracts

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the house, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot flat on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseflat, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot Apartment/Pent Houses on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseApartment/Pent Houses, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot row house on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the row house, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot EWS flat on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseEWS flat, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot duplex on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseduplex, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot apartment on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseapartment, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot Residential Cum Commercial Plot on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot Residential Cum Commercial Plot in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the house, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot Plot/Bungalow on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot Plot/Bungalow in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the house, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot LIG/ EWS flat on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseLIG/ EWS flat, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot EWS/LIG on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseEWS/LIG, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot Shops/Offices/Halls on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the houseShops/Offices/Halls, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.

In case of acceptance of delayed. payments with interest the Promoter shall be entitled to retain the possession of the said plot “EWS” UNIT on the expenses of the Allottee till the time any such installment, interest or any sum remain payable on account of any of the matters herein contained and to enjoy the plot house in any manner as they feel suitable and to recover all the charges as may be necessary for the upkeep of the house“EWS” UNIT, further. In case of such eventuality, if any discount /concession, in whatsoever way, has been given by the Promoter in the basic original sale price to the Allottee in lieu of consensus of the Allottee for timely payment of installments and other charges, then the Allottee hereby authorizes the Promoter to withdraw such discount / concession and demand the payment of such discount / concession amount as a part of sale consideration amount, which the Allottee hereby agrees to pay immediately.
