In-Country Risks Sample Clauses

In-Country Risks. There are additional and specific risks associated with each country of origin. Situations could arise while in-country which could impact the ability of you to legally adopt the referred child, to be appointed legal guardian(s) of the referred child, or to bring the referred child from the country of origin to the U.S. WHFC does not have control over unanticipated circumstances. There are risks involved with travel required for adoption, including safety, health or other problems that could arise while traveling (including domestic travel) or while abroad, and it is your responsibility to educate yourself about such risks.
