in dispute. The Parties agree to jointly select a mediator. Each Party shall be responsible for its own costs and expenses related to participation in mediation. Each Party shall cooperate fully and fairly with the mediator and shall attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory compromise of the matter in dispute. If the matter is not resolved pursuant to this section in thirty (30) days from initiation of the dispute resolution either party may resort to any legal remedy available to that party including litigation.
