In Event of Conflict with Trust Indenture Act of 1939, Provisions Therein to Control. If any provision of this Indenture limits, qualifies, or conflicts with another provision of this Indenture required to be included herein by any of the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939 such required provision shall control. Provisions required by said Trust Indenture Act to be included herein which are not included herein are hereby incorporated herein by reference to said Trust Indenture Act.
