Verizon is conducting a mechanized survey of existing Loop facilities, on a Central Office by Central Office basis, to identify those Loops that meet the applicable technical characteristics established by Verizon for compatibility with xDSL Compatible or BRI ISDN signals. The results of this survey will be stored in a mechanized database and made available to ATI as the process is completed in each Central Office. ATI must utilize this mechanized loop qualification database, where available, in advance of submitting a valid electronic transmittal Service Order for an xDSL Compatible or BRI ISDN Loop. Charges for mechanized loop qualification information are set forth in the Pricing Attachment.
