PARTY HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THE OTHER PARTY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, REVENUE, OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH, OR ENSUING FROM THE SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE BY THE PARTIES.
