IN-PLAN XXXX ROLLOVER CONTRIBUTION. (3.08(E)). The following provisions apply regarding In-Plan Xxxx Rollover Contributions (Choose (a) or (b); leave blank if Election 4(a)(1) is not selected.): (a) [ ] Not Applicable.
