In the Agreement. 1.3.1 references to Clauses, paragraphs and subparagraphs are references to clauses, paragraphs, subparagraphs of or to this Agreement; 1.3.2 the headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not influence the interpretation of this Agreement; 1.3.3 any reference to a statute, statutory provision, subordinate legislation, code or guideline (“legislation”) is a reference to such legislation as amended and in force from time to time and to any legislation which re-enacts or consolidates (with or without modification) any such legislation.
