Common use of In these Terms of Use Clause in Contracts

In these Terms of Use. (a) words importing the masculine gender include the feminine and the neuter and vice versa; (b) words in the singular include the plural and vice versa; (c) references to persons include legal persons, unincorporated associations and partnerships, in each case whether or not having a separate legal personality; (d) words “include”, “includes” and “including” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation”.
