(a) a reference to a party includes that party’s successors and permitted assigns; (b) ‘including’ and ‘includes’ are not words of limitation; (c) a requirement to do anything includes a requirement to cause that thing to be done and a requirement not to do anything includes a requirement to prevent that thing being done.
