In this Contract. (1) anytime mentions Contract means the entire contract including its amendment and supplement; (2) the title of each article is using for preferring only, it shall not be used on explanation of the Contract, and it shall be no any limitation to the content and the scope of the article; (3) during the Contract performing, if any drawdown day or repayment day is not a bank business day, it shall be postponed to the next bank business day.
