In this Protocol a) the term ‘SDL adjustment measure’ means a ‘supply measure’ or an ‘efficiency measure’; b) the terms ‘supply measure’ and ‘efficiency measure’ have the same meaning as in the Basin Plan; and c) the term ‘constraint measure’ means a measure which removes or addresses constraints as described in the Constraints Management Strategy made under the Basin Plan.
