In-Transit Communications Sample Clauses

In-Transit Communications. SELLER shall require the Master of the Vessel to give Notice to BUYER during the voyage as to the expected date and time of arrival, specifically at seventy-two (72), forty-eight (48), and twenty-four (24) hours prior to the expected arrival. For Transactions requiring deliveries to multiple Delivery Points, upon arrival at each Delivery Point, SELLER shall give Notice to BUYER and the Terminal Operator at the next Delivery Point of the estimated date and time of arrival.
