Inability of Bank to Submit Forms. If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower or Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

Inability of Bank to Submit Forms. If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to the Borrower or Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 11.1. or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify the Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to the Borrower or Administrative the Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 12.1 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify the Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower or Administrative Agent the Company any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (ba) of this Section 11.1 11.18, or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify Borrower the Company and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to any Borrower or the Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 17.1 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify the Company or such Borrower and the Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank Lender determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower the Company or Administrative the Agent any form or certificate that such Bank Lender is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 or that such Bank Lender is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank Lender shall promptly notify Borrower the Company and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank Lender shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower or Administrative Agent the Borrowers any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (ba) of this Section 11.1 12.18, or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes become ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify Borrower the Borrowers and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower the Company or Administrative the Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 11.19 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify Borrower the Company and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank Lender determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower the Company or the Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank Lender is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 4.10 or that such Bank Lender is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank Lender shall promptly notify Borrower the Company and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank Lender shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, in each case after the date hereof, that it is unable to submit to the Borrower or Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 14.1 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify the Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact (and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable).

If any Bank Lender determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower the Company or the Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank Lender is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 3.06 or that such Bank Lender is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank Lender shall promptly notify Borrower the Company and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank Lender shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or 53 interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to Borrower or Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.

If any Bank determines, as a result of any change in applicable law, regulation or treaty, or in any official application or interpretation thereof, that it is unable to submit to the Borrower or Administrative Agent any form or certificate that such Bank is obligated to submit pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section 11.1 or that such Bank is required to withdraw or cancel any such form or certificate previously submitted or any such form or certificate otherwise becomes ineffective or inaccurate, such Bank shall promptly notify the Borrower and Administrative Agent of such fact and the Bank shall to that extent not be obligated to provide any such form or certificate and will be entitled to withdraw or cancel any affected form or certificate, as applicable.
