Inability to Determine Rates Etc. (a) (i) If with respect to any Interest Period, the Administrative Agent determines (which determination shall be binding and conclusive on the Borrowers) that by reason of circumstances affecting the interbank Eurodollar market adequate and reasonable means do not exist for ascertaining the applicable Eurodollar Rate; or
