INABILITY TO VERIFY. The Account Bank shall, except in the case of any action constituting gross negligence or wilful misconduct. incur no liability to the Borrower and/or the Agent or otherwise for having acted in accordance with Instructions on which it is authorised to rely pursuant to the provisions hereof.
