Common use of Inaccessible Products Clause in Contracts

Inaccessible Products. If Seller schedules a Product for on-site Product Service and the Product is inaccessible, Seller may with the customer’s prior approval undertake to make the Product accessible and charge the customer Seller’s standard service rates for such work. If the customer declines to pay and Buyer does not approve, Seller will not be required to make the Product accessible or complete the Product Service.
