INACCURATE, ANONYMOUS MATERIAL. A. If the material placed in a teacher's personnel file is proved to be in error, such material will be removed from the file or corrected. B. No anonymous material shall be placed in any teacher's personnel file. Neither the Board nor its administrative representative, including building principals, shall establish any separate personnel file which is not available for the teacher's inspection.
