Common use of Inactive Account Clause in Contracts

Inactive Account. 23.1. The Client acknowledges that if Client does not place a trade during a three (3) month period, and if during such period no OTC FOREX / CFD / METALS / COMMODITIES / INDEX positions are held in Client’s Account and there is zero balance, the Account may be automatically removed from XGLOBAL FX LIMITED system. 23.2. Client will thereafter be required to re-establish an Account prior to placing any further trades, and XGLOBAL FX LIMITED may require additional documentation from Client to reactivate such Account.

The Client acknowledges that if Client does not place a trade during a three (3) month period, and if during such period no OTC FOREX / CFD / METALS / COMMODITIES / INDEX positions are held in Client’s Account and there is zero balance, the Account may be automatically removed from XGLOBAL FX LIMITED the Company system. 23.222.2. Client will thereafter be required to re-establish an Account prior to placing any further trades, and XGLOBAL FX LIMITED the Company may require additional documentation from Client to reactivate such Account.
