Inactive Participant Sample Clauses

The Inactive Participant clause defines the rights and obligations related to a party that is no longer actively involved in a project or agreement. Its core function is to ensure continued progress and accountability by addressing situations where a participant's inactivity could hinder the overall objectives of the agreement.
