INADEQUACY OF DAMAGES. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that a party may have, each party acknowledges and agrees that damages alone may not be an adequate remedy for any breach of the terms of Clause 5, Clause 8 or Clause 13 by a party. Accordingly, a party may be entitled to the remedies of injunction, specific performance or other equitable relief for any threatened or actual breach of the terms of Clause 5, Clause 8 or Clause 13 of this Agreement.
