Inadequate Payments. If, on the date on which any amount (including any payment of principal, interest or other costs and expenses) shall be due and payable by Borrower to Lenders, the amount received by any such Lenders from Borrower shall not be adequate to pay the entire amount then due and payable, then Agent shall be authorized, but shall not be obligated, to make a Base Rate Loan to Borrower in the amount of the deficiency.
