Common use of Inadmissibility of Settlement Agreement Clause in Contracts

Inadmissibility of Settlement Agreement. Neither this Settlement Agreement nor any of its attachments shall be admissible in evidence in any proceeding, except in an action to enforce the terms of this Settlement Agreement or an individual Release.

Inadmissibility of Settlement Agreement. Neither this Settlement Agreement Agreement, nor any of its attachments shall Individual Settlement, will be admissible in or offered as evidence in any proceedingproceeding of any type, except in an action to enforce the terms of this Settlement Agreement or an individual ReleaseIndividual Settlement, and in such instance will be submitted under seal and pursuant to the greatest confidentiality protections possible.

Inadmissibility of Settlement Agreement. Neither this Settlement Agreement Agreement, nor any of its attachments shall be admissible statement made or action taken in evidence in any proceeding, except in an action to enforce connection with the terms negotiation of this Settlement Agreement Agreement, shall be offered or an individual Releasereceived into evidence or in any way referred to in any legal action or administrative proceeding, other than as may be necessary (i) to enforce or approve this Settlement Agreement, or (ii) to seek damages or injunctive relief in connection therewith.
