Inapplicability of Prior Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the confidentiality of all information generated pursuant to the Agreement or disclosed by one party to the other hereunder shall be governed solely by this Agreement; that certain Confidentiality Agreement between the parties dated August 14, 2006 shall not apply.
