Inapplicability of Provisions. The provisions of this Article 13.A. shall not apply to writers employed at compensation in excess of the applicable minimum specified in this Article except as hereinafter provided. However, even though the total compensation shall exceed such minimums, the amount payable for the writing of the story, treatment, original treatment, first draft screenplay, final screenplay, screenplay or rewrite shall be not less than the minimum for such individual work as above designated.
