Inapplicability of Section 4.01 of the Base Indenture of the Base Indenture shall not apply to the Notes. Instead, the satisfaction and discharge provisions set forth in Section 8.02 shall, with respect to the Notes, supersede in its entirety Section 4.01 of the Base Indenture and all references in the Base Indenture to Section 4.01 thereof and satisfaction and discharge provisions therein, as the case may be, shall instead, with respect to the Notes, be deemed to be references to Section 8.02 and the satisfaction and discharge provisions set forth in Section 8.02.
