Inappropriate Content. Through the Internet there are unsuitable materials in many varieties. Anyone can post material on the Internet. Some material is published for an adult audience and is unsuitable for children e.g., materials with a sexual content. Materials may express extreme views. E.g., some use the web to publish information on weapons, crime and racism which would be restricted elsewhere. Materials may contain misleading and inaccurate information. E.g., some use the web to promote activities which are harmful such as anorexia or bulimia. • That information on the Internet is not always accurate or true. • To question the source of information. • How to respond to unsuitable materials or requests and that they should tell a teacher/adult immediately.
Inappropriate Content. Inappropriate content will not be allowed on iPad devices. [See the Lago Vista ISD Responsible Use Guidelines for Technology.] The presence of pornographic materials, inappropriate language, weapon-related content, alcohol, drug, and/or gang related symbols, pictures, or any other activity deemed inappropriate by campus staff and administration will result in disciplinary action and repossession of the device.
Inappropriate Content. You agree that you will not use the Trend Micro Products/Services to create, copy, store, transmit, share or distribute any files, images, sounds, messages or other material which are obscene (as determined in Trend Micro's sole discretion), harassing, racist, malicious, fraudulent or libelous, contain nudity, violate or infringe the rights of third parties, or expose Trend Micro to any actual or potential civil or criminal liability. Trend Micro reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that it deems necessary if you violate these terms, including suspension or termination of this Agreement and your account
Inappropriate Content. Using the services to transmit, distribute, redirect, or store material that, as reasonably determined by NetGain, is inappropriate, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, hateful or which contains or incites violence.
Inappropriate Content. You may not link to Mpgxtreme from any Website which contains content that is slanderous, libelous, threatening, pornographic, obscene, and/or infringing that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability.
Inappropriate Content. You will not store or transmit inappropriate User Content, including any User Content:
(a) containing unlawful, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, abusive, libelous or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature,
(b) containing any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, or
(c) that violates the intellectual property rights or rights to the publicity or privacy of others;
(d) containing or that uses software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files or programs such as Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or spyware; or
(e) that xxxxx, threatens, or harasses another person, organization, or BigONE.
Inappropriate Content. Affiliate shall not place any link on a page or screen that contains content that: incites, encourages, advocates or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; incites, encourages, advocates or promotes illegal activities including, but not limited to, violence against persons or property, terrorism,
Inappropriate Content. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if Company determines that the Lead Provider Site, any Approved Affiliate Lead Provider Site and/or any advertising media is unsuitable for Company's affiliate partnership program, including anything that:
i. Promotes sexually explicit materials; violence; discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or illegal activities;
ii. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of a third party or to violate the law;
iii. Includes "PetPartners" or variations or misspellings thereof in a domain name, or Company’s trademark or logo without the express written consent of Company;
iv. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to Company at Company's sole discretion;
v. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of Compensation from other affiliates or lead providers in Company's affiliate partnership program; or
vi. Operates in a manner which resembles a Company Site or portrays itself in a manner which leads customers to believe Lead Provider or Approved Affiliate Lead Provider(s) is PetPartners or any other affiliated business.
Inappropriate Content. Inappropriate content will not be allowed on District devices. (See CCISD Acceptable Use of District Technology Resources Policy) Presence of pornographic materials, inappropriate language, weapon-related content, alcohol, drug, and/or gang related symbols, pictures, or any other activity deemed inappropriate by campus staff and administration will result in disciplinary action and confiscation of the device.
