Incapacity or Death of a Manager. In the event of the Withdrawal, incapacity, or death of a Manager, the remaining Managers, if any, may continue the business of the Company alone, or, at his or her option may appoint a successor Manager. If no remaining Manager exists, a new Manager may be named by a Majority In Interest of the remaining Members.
