Common use of Incentive and Additional Incentive Compensation Clause in Contracts

Incentive and Additional Incentive Compensation. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 6 hereof, as incentive compensation (the "Incentive Compensation") for his services during the Initial Employment Period and the Renewal Employment Period (if any) the Executive will be paid with respect to each Fiscal Year during such Period(s), commencing with respect to Fiscal Year 1998, an amount, in addition to the Salary, equal to five percent (5%) of the Pre-tax Income of the Employer during such Fiscal Year in excess of $2,700,000.
