Common use of Incentive and Savings and Retirement Plans Clause in Contracts

During the Employment Period, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in all incentive and savings (in addition to the Cash Bonus Plans) and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs applicable generally to other employees of comparable rank with the Company and its affiliated companies.
